Nordic Radio Amateur Organizations

Amateur Radio is an International activity, whereas we have the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU), supported by regional and national authorities and organizations. Iceland, being part of Europe, belongs to IARU Region 1, whereas the US and Canada belongs to Region 2. What one should be aware of is the difference in frequency-allocations for the different regions, and in particular pay attention to national regulations, which may overrule other allocations.
The Nordic countries have their own national organizations, and also a joint Nordic organization, the "Nordic Radio Amateur Union", or NRAU. The NRAU does not have its own webpage yet, but provide information through the other Nordic organization's webpages.
